WELCA will meet on Thursday, September 16th at 1:30 pm. Dan Lintin will be sharing stories from his trip to Peru. Please try to attend – it will be very interesting!

WELCA will meet on Thursday, August 19th at 1:30 pm. Dr. Stephen Pearson, Internal Medicine at Franciscan Skemp will have our program. His subject is healthcare, heart attacks, stroke, etc. It should be a very interesting program!

Servers are Vera Wensole, Bev Sanborn, Mildred Kneesel, Martha Sesvold, Charlotte Duresky and Linda Baehr. Contributors are Nance Klapper and Marge Dobbs.

WELCA will meet on Thursday, June 17th at 1:30 pm. Larry Klahn will be our program. The topic will be self defense at home and in the workplace. All members of the church are invited to attend.

WELCA will meet on Thursday, May 20th at 9:30 am for our Breakfast Meeting. Karen Broadhead will present the program. She will talk about her trip to Nicaragua.

Spring Rummage Sale is April 15th and 16th

The Spring Rummage Sale is coming up! Setup days are Monday, April 12th through Wednesday, April 14th. The sale is on Thursday, April 15th (8 am to 6 pm) and Friday, April 16th (8 am to 1 pm). Gather your items and bring them in any time after Easter – items to donate can be left on the stage. We will also need volunteers and trucks on Friday after the sale to help haul unsold items.

Tired and Retired Potluck on February 18th

WELCA’s Tired and Retired Potluck will be Thursday, February 18th at noon. Please bring a dish to pass. Utensils and beverage will be furnished.

WELCA Christmas Luncheon Thursday, December 3rd

Seating starts at 11:30 am, with lunch at 12 Noon.

Our menu:

roast beef
mashed potatoes & gravy
buttered carrots
lettuce & dressing
dinner rolls
veggies & dip
cookies for dessert

Tickets are $8. Dixie Forsberg will be our entertainment. We hope to see you all there. Merry Christmas!

Fall Rummage Sale is October 15th and 16th

Items can be brought to the church starting October 10th. Set up days are October 12-14th. Sale times are 8 am – 1 pm Thursday and Friday and 4-7 pm on Thursday.

We need help on Sunday, October 11th to clear the Fellowship Hall and again on Friday to haul unsold items to Goodwill.
